RECENT UPDATE PROBLEMS - Owing to some personal difficulties it has been impossible for us to properly manage the update schedule over the past couple of weeks and we sincerely apologise for the gaps. It has been possible today to complete many picture updates, including some new ones in advance of their intended release dates. We hope to have a brand new film, featuring a a domestic bedtime discipline scenario with Alex Reynolds, available tomorrow and, thereafter, film updates should return progressively to normal frequency.
Please also note that all site issues and announcements are now made on the FORUM and not here.
ACCESS PROBLEMS - Earlier today our server was attacked and some limited access gained. To prevent the destruction of the site, all further access, including members access, was locked down, which is why you have not been able to get in. I am pleased to say that access is now restored, although their may possibly be issues with anyone joining or whose re-bills occurred between 12:00 BST on July 18th and 00:30 BST today.
Please accept our apologies for the interruption to the service and do please let us know if you are having any problems with access from now onward.
OUT OF OFFICE - Lucy and I will be away from the office from tonight until 29th May. Please bear with us and any customer service issues will be answered when we return.
NEW UPDATE SCHEDULE! Effective from today, we will be updating 6 days a week with a new schedule which will see FOUR film updates per week, and TWO photostory updates. This increases the number of film updates, each of which still comes with an accompanying photostory in the SAME update. Independent photostories will still continue on the site for our fans of these. Who else can offer quality and quantity at this level? Sign up today :-)
